Those payments were not made and in early June 2019 the account director informed the customer that unless payments were made legal proceedings would commence. The payments are based on what he has offered relative to the size of his debt and the first is due to be made today. He has complained that we are not prepared to remove a debenture over the assets of the company but it is standard lender practice to retain a charge over the company's assets when there exists a liability.
